Bucharest - The new Liberal formation of Theodor Stolojan breaks the connection between PNL and PD, the parties founding the D.A. Alliance, and projects its future only by the side of Emil Boc’s Democrats. In retort, PNL chief, Calin Popescu Tariceanu, accuses the Democrats that they err, launching “confused and regrettable” signs through the association with the Liberal platform. But, PD remained quiet yesterday, after PD President Emil Boc and PLD leader Theodor Stolojan had announced a day before a joint calendar of parliamentary collaboration. The collaboration within the Alliance is out of question, say both Liberal groups, because both PNL and PLD representatives say that they are the real initiators of the partnership with PD.
